Food Vendors need to receive from us:
• application/contract
• festival rules
• festival information
• requirements of Indiana State Fire Marshall
• Lake County Health Department Permit Application
• Food handling requirements of the Lake County Health Department

Food Vendors must submit:
• application/contract (SIGNED)
• entry fee to reserve spot. Checks can be made out to Highland Chamber of Commerce. The entry fee is non-refundable, and there is no rain date.
• proof of insurance
• copy of temporary permit

Commercial food vendors must stay all three days, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. In addition to the booth/trailer entry fee, a SECOND check of $100 should be enclosed and will be given back if the food vendor has been on the grounds for the entire three days. Both checks should be sent in with the contract BEFORE the festival.  Applications are received on a "first in Chamber Office" basis, and an effort will be made to limit the sales of one particular food to one group or vendor. Choose one major food per booth space. No food will be sold in the beer garden; however, patrons can consume food bought from festival food vendors in the beer garden. Booth and trailer assignments will be received shortly before festival.

It is advised that Food vendors call the Chamber at 219-923-3666 to see what other foods are already being sold because duplicate vendors are not allowed.
